My in-person physiotherapy treatment includes a 45-minute Initial Assessment to evaluate movement patterns, injury history, and rehabilitation goals. Based on this assessment, 40-minute Standard Treatment sessions provide hands-on therapy, mobility work, and a personalized recovery plan to support long-term health and performance. Each session is tailored to your specific needs, helping you recover, prevent injuries, and enhance movement efficiency.
